If product has been damaged and mishandled during shipment by UPS,
you must contact your local office within 48 hours after delivery and claim for damage. After we receive authorization from UPS the new products will be shipped to you again.

PRODUCT WARRANTY:

We warrant products against any defects in workmanship or materials under normal use and service, as long as the original buyer of product owns the vehicle where product was installed.

Within 30 days after you received the product you may return it for a refund. (SHIPPING IS NON-REFUNDABLE) All products must be in perfect condition, in the original package, and 3M adhesive tape has not been removed. Custom made products are not refundable.
